The Opportunity:
​
We're seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team and help bring high-impact marketing initiatives to life. You’ll work closely with the CMO and other teams to keep marketing projects organized, moving forward, and aligned with our mission. This is a highly collaborative role that blends project management, team coordination, vendor communication, and content support.
What You’ll Do:

Project Coordination & Execution
​

Drive the execution of marketing projects from planning through completion.

Use project management tools to track timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.

Create clear campaign plans based on the CMO’s vision.

Lead cross-functional campaign teams, schedule meetings, and report on progress.

Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, donor communications, and social content.

Monitor campaign performance, make adjustments as needed, and lead post-campaign debriefs.

Track and report results against goals, including new donor acquisition metrics.
Administrative & Communication Support

Provide day-to-day support to the CMO including scheduling, organizing files, writing emails, and taking notes.

Maintain professional and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Vendor & Team Collaboration

Serve as the point of contact for freelance creatives, agencies, and internal department needs.

Gather assets, coordinate timelines, and ensure delivery of collateral and content.
Content & Social Media Support

Assist with writing and posting social media and email content that is on-brand and mission-aligned.

Edit and prepare video content for social media ads and donor communication.

Help maintain the social media calendar and schedule content in coordination with the development team.
Documentation & Process Improvement

Keep organized records of marketing plans, assets, results, and budgets.

Proactively suggest improvements to processes that increase marketing team efficiency.
