Meet the team

Aaron has 20 years of combined experience in the non-profit and for-profit industries. Over the course of his non-profit career, he has been successful in various leadership roles across the Southeast. Early in his career, he held various fundraising management roles with a national nonprofit in Nashville, TN. He also served as their Executive Director in Birmingham, AL and Senior Vice President in the Southeast, overseeing his team's strategic fundraising efforts and their local community impact.

Aaron is passionate about building strong teams with a sustainable plan for growth.  He is a graduate of the Brock School of Business, and he and his family reside in Birmingham, AL.
