Aaron has 20 years of combined experience in the non-profit and for-profit industries. Over the course of his non-profit career, he has been successful in various leadership roles across the Southeast.  Early in his career, he served as Senior Development Director in Nashville, TN and as Executive Director in Birmingham, AL (American Heart Association). Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President in the Southeast, overseeing his team's strategic fundraising efforts and their local community impact.

  

Additionally, Aaron held senior sales and consultant positions in the pharmaceutical (GlaxoSmithKline) and medical device (Synthes) industries, respectively.

Aaron is a graduate of the Samford University Brock School of Business. He is passionate about building teams and helping them achieve bold goals.  He and his wife, Heather, have two boys, James and Luke, and reside in Birmingham, AL.
